Staff are trained and consistently reviewed to develop the quality of their service, with the ability to learn, is what we believe to be very rewarding in the long term. INFLUENTIAL MARKETING
Operating in such a competitive disposable market, it’s very difficult for us to expose any elements of our strategy. Our marketing goals focus around business reputation. Building products that sell and increasing our base of loyal customers. In brief we have a centralised strategy for each brand, however both product and campaigns are adapted to suit the Micro market environments. The marketing process firstly identifies the most common trend in consumer needs and when it’s most accessible. Then a review of effective marketing resources which we feel most financially viable to commutate this message. This determines the core elements of the campaign.
RESPONSIBLE ETHICAL THINKING
Cocoloco’ s code of ethics is installed into each and every member of staff. Each individual event manager is responsible to ensure that these codes of ethics are communicated and upheld within their chosen area.

Since Cocoloco started the company has been involved in supporting various charities, participation in community projects and encouraging employee volunteering, whilst also working closely with a number of colleges and universities. Cocoloco will continue to work with education and will continue to be involved with the communities in which the company’s brands operate.
